  • God wrote off $92K at the closing table for me in 2004.
  • ​I had $3000 per month given to me tax free, for 4 years.
  • ​I had $1600 per month given to me, tax free, for 10 years.
  • I received $40K when I stepped into my purpose in 2019.
  • ​I never missed receiving a child support payment. 
  • ​I have authored two books, 3 Ebooks,  built businesses, won a lot, lost a couple, too. (not ashamed)
  • ​I have overcome divorce.
  • ​I have overcome the devastating effects of abortion.
  • I have overcome addiction.
  • ​I have overcome total loss, and BOOM, here I am!
  • ​I am still overcoming.....
I am an expert at helping Kingdom people fix their money using the Kingdom and helping them learn how the Kingdom can help them In any situation. The big pay off is watching them walk in what God has called them to do.

I left my well paying job in the recession of 2009 as a single mom to go into real estate.
I built my own house (building a house has similarities to building businesses) . You must have a good foundation.
Now, I build other people UP! I have countless stories....The best is yet to come!
I firmly believe that a person who has never been down the road you're trying to go cannot help you to get there. (Pastors always looked at me like I had two heads-no lie), because they have never been down my street! I have!
I am a Jesus lover and a Gi-Gi. Rhett and Waylon call me Gi-Gi.
